レム・コーハース率いるAMOとC-LAB（コロンビア大学）が共同で発行する実験的雑誌「VOLUME」の第3号。本号のテーマは「Broadcasting Architecture」。Ole BoumanやAlejandro Zaera-Polo他の様々な執筆者による論文、C-Labによる新聞、Amoによる毎号折込みのBulletinとポスター、そして発行元のArchis主催のイベント「On the Borderline」を記録したCD-ROM付き。文字通りBroadcasting（多重放送）な内容となっている。透明のプラスチックケース入り。
